Terms of Use

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using MedullaDoc you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a clinic, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that clinic.

2. Who can use MedullaDoc

Accounts are for registered medical practitioners and the staff they authorise. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Clinical responsibility

MedullaDoc assists with documentation. Every AI draft is a suggestion only. The treating doctor must review, correct and lock each note and prescription, and remains fully responsible for all clinical decisions.

4. Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another account's records, reverse engineer the service, or use it in a way that disrupts other users.

5. Plans and billing

Paid plans include a daily allowance of AI consults; usage beyond that allowance is charged at the per-consult rate shown on your plan. Plan details can be changed at any time from Settings.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the patient records and prescriptions you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display that content for you.

7. Availability

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation. Maintenance and updates may occasionally interrupt access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MedullaDoc is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Questions can be sent to Support@medulladoc.in or by phone at +91 7903632698.
