MedullaDoc is a clinic operating board for independent and small-group outpatient practices, operated by Richard Monish Soreng. This policy explains what information we collect when you create an account, record a consult or use the prescription tools, and how we protect it.

Account information: your name, clinic name, email address, registration details and any profile or clinic image you upload.

Clinical content: patient records, visit notes, transcripts, prescriptions and follow-ups that you create inside the app.

Technical information: device and browser type, approximate region, error reports and usage events needed to keep the service reliable and secure.

We use your information to operate your account, generate clinical drafts you request, display your board and prescriptions, provide support and keep the service secure.

We do not sell your data, and we never share patient records with advertisers or data brokers.

When you record a consult, the audio and resulting text are sent to our processing provider only to produce the draft note and prescription you asked for. Drafts are always reviewed and locked by you — the doctor remains responsible for the final clinical record.

Each account is isolated: a doctor can only see their own patients, visits and prescriptions. Data is stored encrypted in transit, access is authenticated, and administrative access is limited to what is needed to run the service.

We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. Optional performance and marketing cookies are used only with your consent. You can review or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

Clinical records stay in your account until you delete them or close your account. Consult audio is retained only for the limited window shown in Settings, then removed.

You can access, correct, export or delete your account data. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
